Terms & Conditions
Last updated: [to be confirmed]
These terms cover your use of barcodesmarket.com and any order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
1. Who you are contracting with
Barcodes Market is operated by [to be confirmed], [to be confirmed], registration number [to be confirmed] ("we", "us", "our").
2. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch — not when you receive the automated acknowledgement. We may decline an order if the part is out of stock, a price was listed in error, we cannot verify payment, or export rules prevent us from shipping the item to your country. If we decline, we refund in full.
3. Prices, tax and payment
Prices are shown in [to be confirmed] and exclude shipping and [to be confirmed] unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout. Business customers in [to be confirmed] can order on [to be confirmed]. We do not apply a surcharge for card payments.
4. Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes when we have received payment in full. If a courier loses a consignment before delivery, tell us and we will replace it or refund you.
5. Returns, cancellations and warranty
You may cancel an unshipped order at any time before dispatch. Unused goods in their original packaging may be returned within [to be confirmed] of delivery. Opened consumables — labels, ribbons, batteries — cannot be returned, for quality and hygiene reasons. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty; [to be confirmed]. Faults caused by misuse, unauthorised repair or incorrect voltage are not covered.
6. Compatible and third-party goods
Items described as "compatible", "replacement" or "equivalent" are not manufactured or endorsed by the brand they are designed to fit. They are sold on their own specification. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Export, customs and sanctions
You are responsible for complying with export control, customs and sanctions rules that apply in your jurisdiction. We may ask for end-user information before shipping. Duties and import taxes are your responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.
8. Liability
We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of production, or other indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [to be confirmed], and the courts of [to be confirmed] have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the site when you place it.
