Where we ship from

We hold stock in three warehouses: Shenzhen (China), Moscow (Russia) and Dubai (UAE). Orders are dispatched from whichever location has your item closest to you. That is usually the cheapest and fastest route, but it is not a customer-selectable option — we choose, and we tell you on the dispatch email which warehouse sent it.

What we ship

Barcode scanners, label printers, mobile computers, RFID readers, and the consumables and accessories that go with them — labels, ribbons, batteries, cables, power supplies, stands and bases.

Lead time

Transit times are estimates from the courier, not promises. Customs inspection can add days and is outside our control.

Customs and duties

Cross-border shipments may attract import duty, VAT or a handling fee charged by the courier. These are the recipient's responsibility unless we say otherwise in writing. We declare the true value and description of goods on customs documents — we cannot mark an order as a gift or under-declare it.

Tracking

Every consignment gets a tracking number, sent by email when it leaves the warehouse. If tracking has not moved for [to be confirmed], contact us and we will chase the courier.

Damaged, short or missing

Check the parcel before signing if you can. If something arrives damaged, or the box is missing an item, tell us within [to be confirmed] with photos of the packaging and the part. We will replace it or refund it.
